Alli Seems Like The Perfect Weightloss Paln. In Actuality Once You Begin Taking It You Will Find It Is ANYTHING But! The First Day Or 2 Was Fine, Was Feeling Okay No Sudden Changes In B.M's Which Is What I Was MOST Worried About. Day 3, Went To The Bathroom And When I Got Up The Entire Toilet Bowl Was Filled With This Oily Orange Liquid That Was Leaking From My Anus. I Thought Nothing Of It, Figured It Was Just A Minor Side Effect And Wouldn't Last. Well It Did. For Almost 1 Month I Leaked Orange Oilly Fluid From My Anus Non-Stop. I Had To Wear An EXTRA Long Pad 24/7. It Was Terrible. Numerous Times I Had To Leave Work From Either Soiling My Clothes Or The Pure Smell Of It. Not To Mention Over The Month I Was Taking It I Gained 6 lbs. And No Change Was Made To My Daily Food Intake So Im Unsure Why I Gained 6lbs. On A Diet Pill. I Wouldn't Suggest Alli To ANYONE EVER!

I started ALLI yesterday. Took 1 pill for each meal. Had none of the awful side effects mentioned on the label. Last night I was really short of breath. That has NEVER happened to me before. I read on another blog that I might be allergic to ALLI. Such a shame.

I have been using Alli for a few years now. It has helped me to lose about 20 lbs. No one has mentioned though that Alli is really helpful to people with constipation problems. The oil that passes through actually helps to lubricate the intestines making it easier to go. Sorry for being so graphic but it is way safer than laxitives. And YES I have done the high fiber thing with no luck. This has really made my life better in that I dont feel heavy and backed up all the time. Yes I do have to be careful about what I eat or there will be a scary blow out. But for people like me I hope they NEVER stop making this as it has releived my life long bowel issues.

I have been on Alli for a couple days...it keeps me mindful on what I eat and if you keep the fat intake to an avg of 15 grams per meal and drink alot of water you will be fine. I have been mildly gassy but I am sure that it will take time to go through the side effects as with any pill you take. Please watch what you eat, at least walk for 20-30 min a day minimum, and give it time. For those of you that think that it is your way to eat a Big Mac or a Whopper and get away with it and lose weight...get a clue...stop using excuses. It is obvious that you are not ready to commit. This is only an aid and not a magic pill. You have to change your lifestyle, your bad habits, and elimit ALL FRIED FOOD!

Used Alli for a few days. Had some side effects (GI) mentioned here but the worst was this caused me to become short of breath. It was short episodes of choking sensation, and bronchospasm. I did not have this before using Alli, and it is better since stopping, but it has been slow to completely resolve.

I have been taking Alli since last June. I have lost 63 pounds by following the Alli plan and supplimenting with CLA and carb blocker. Right on the package it tells you that you have to make the commitment. Give me a break!!! You guys who say you ate whatever you wanted and Alli didn't work? Duh!!!! There is no pill in the world that will take off weight for you if you don't give something of yourself. Quit looking for the "EASY" way to loose weight. Even invasive surgery isn't a given. I eat carefully. I exercise to the best of my ability and will continue to take Alli until I reach my goal weight. It works if you commit to lossing weight.

I'm scared of side effects(even though I eat healthy & exercise min. 5days/wk)so I do not take the pill three times a day(maybe reason for bad effects)The only time I had side effect was one day that I didn't eat much (a cookie, some chex, coffee, & water)I think the coffee caused the side effect, could be the caffeine(I don't drink coffee regularly & NEVER drink soda). If you get bad side effects it is because you are not watching your diet, you must not eat fatty foods. So far the pill is working good, help to clean out my system and makes me watch what I eat(fear of dreaded side effects)I am glad it's not an energy supplement(I'm sure the effect would be horrendous)if you need motivation to eat healthy this is a great one since there are consequences, I hope to start dropping pounds ASAP.

I am on my third day using alli and I must say I have not expereienced any harsh treatment effects. It does help a great great great deal if you do start a low fat regiment 2 weeks prior to starting alli. However, I combine alli with the weight watchers program. For those of you that are concerned with your fat/calorie in take and are afraid of the treatment effects, I high suggest you pair alli with weight watchers if you need the support. I have been on weight watchers for almost two months now, which is what is making alli such as smooth process. But so far, everything if going well, and if anyone feels afraid or intimidated by taking alli alone, i suggest gaining support about your food choices through weight watchers meetings.

Alli defintely works I've been using it for two weeks and already have lost five pounds. Just don't expect to just be able to eat whatever you want or however much you want because you will be sorry! When used with a low fat low calorie diet Alli is great and I would definetly recomend it.

I took ALLI for 5 days. Even with following the rules I had horrible bowel problems. I then started having terrible back and stomach pain. I stopped taking ALLI, but the back pain continued. My dr said at the very least I have inflamed my intestines. She told me that ALLI is BAD NEWS & dangerous. I'm still waiting on my blood work to come back to find out if it effected my gallbladder. I urge all of you to STOP TAKING IT! The FDA should never have approved such a horrible product.

I have been on Alli for about 2 weeks and so far so good! I've lost about 4 lbs with no major side effects. I haven't really watched what I eat, but I am careful to drink PLENTY of water. It seems to keep any side effects at bay. I plan to contine use of this product and hope to see about 30 more pounds gone within the next few months!

YES! it will work. it HAS to work. like it says it was made to stop fat from even being used during digestion it just passes through. however, side effects are always part of something that works. depending on how long you use it and how much fatty food you try to consume on it, you will crap oily stuff. imagine how smoothe and slippery fat may be, now imagine it mixed in with crap because it didnt really get digested. dont snease too hard it might just slip out. honestly.

This, like most other weight loss supplements, works. However, it doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want and lose weight. It is simply a tool that you can use to help you, as long as you combine it with a healthy diet and exercise. My best friend is currently using it and he's dropped around 30lbs so far over the course of 4 months or so, and he's not the type to take it very seriously, so I can only imagine what one could do if they were 100% committed. Bottom line is it works, but you have to put in work as well to achieve the best results.

Used product for 1 month. Within first week I've noticed weight loos. First Friday night of use; Slice of Pizza, boy got the orange message. However, over time it seems that my body has adjusted. I hardly ever release orange and I have not noticed any more loosing of weight. The great thing is I'm stable. (Ps. Bad on hemorroids)

I see all kinds of people saying that this product does not work, when the reality is that they are not adhering to the plan as prescribed. If you expect to loose weight while you are still stuffing your face with anything you want, then NOTHING will work. There is no such thing as a diet pill that will let you lose weight without doing anything, and Alli never makes that claim either. I have been using it for 2 months and have lost 20 pounds so far along with the reduced calorie/fat diet and excersice. Neither have I experienced any of the dreadful treatment effects, because I have followed the plan's instructions. Good luck to you all out there trying to find that miracle fix while you are still not willing to change your lifestyle!

Both my husband and I tried this product for 30 days. Neither one of us lost any weight. We had some oil when we went to the bathroom, but not like we thought we were going to experience. We go to the gym 3-4 days a week, but our eating habits are up & down. We tried Alli to help us lose weight when we couldn't always adhere to a strict diet. We were very disappointed.

I decided to take Alli to help me stay on my diet. I figure with hell to pay if I cheat NOW THAT INCENTIVE. It works! Eat too much fat and you'll be sorry. Stay within the guideline and you shouldn't have any trouble. Once I feel I've reached the life change mode I'll discontinue the use of Alli. I recommend it to those who want to be held accountable for what you eat.

I started my diet plan 2 days before starting on Alli my plan already works realy well for me but still I thought of using it since it is FDA approved Fat burner. Few points 1: It cuts down on the fat you eat but it does not say anything about already existing fat in your Body so that is big minus if you stop taking more fat you will lose weight no need to waste money on medicine that doesn't do anything about already existing lbs of fat in your body. 2: after being on diet for 8 days I cheated and I ate extra large glass of amoothy, ice cream, chease filled chick. I was afaraid I am going to have side effects nothing happened. en breast no side effects no oily sh!t. 3: This medicine fake it did not effect me anyway. I will say please do not waste your money on this.

Yes, oil does come out your rear. Don't use unless it's the weekend unless you are careful not to eat a high fat meal. The way I see it, all that oil is fat that packed somewhere on my body. It's helps me see what I've been shoveling in my body at each meal and encourages me a bit to watch it. Yes, I'll probably use it forever, but only on the weekend.
